Cameo Cakes made our 50th wedding anniversary party an unforgettable experience. We contacted them four months in advance in hopes of recreating our wedding cake that they had provided in 1976, as well as the one they had done for us when we celebrated our 40th anniversary.
They worked with us to find the components needed for a decorative fountain under the cake, and were open to all of our input on the cake design. We had a consultation three days from the event to finalize the plan and coordinate details concerning the venue.
Our anniversary cake surprised and impressed the restaurant owners and staff, the photographer, and our guests. It far surpassed the previous cake creations. Cameo delivered and set up the cake as scheduled, and greatly contributed to making our party a huge success.
Many thanks to RJ, Andrea, and the team at Cameo Cake for a top-tier experience from start to finish, including the handwritten anniversary note which was a cherished surprise.

They recreated the fountain cake the original Cameo cake company did at our wedding 50 years ago And also the fountain cake we had 10 years ago at our 40 th Anniversary by Cameo cake company. RJ. and Andrea and other supportive staff members worked diligently to find the equipment necessary to produce the spectacular result, kept us informed of their progress finding the needed equipment. They met with us beforehand to make sure the anniversary cake met and surpassed our expectations! We highly recommend them for all brides wanting a spectacular presentation at their events. We chose cherry chip and the wedding guests were incredibly impressed by the delicious cake as well as the artistry. This cake was also dairy free!

I loved the variety of ready made treats they had for the walk in customers like me. The friendly helpful staff was ready to help with recommendations. I started off trying a lemon cake ball, so delicious! Then I smelled the warm chocolate chip cookies. Had to take some of those home and I am so glad I did. Hands down BEST chocolate chip cookies I have ever had. I should have taken a picture but they didn’t last long. We did take home a cake to try as well Amaretto was the flavor. I can see why it is one of the most popular flavors. It smelled just like it tasted absolutely amazing! Stellar local bakery that is doing big things!

Order Early When Possible

Custom cakes take time to plan, bake, decorate, and perfect. We recommend placing your order as early as possible, especially for birthdays, weddings, graduations, holidays, and busy weekends.

For simple cakes, a few days’ notice may be enough depending on availability. For detailed custom cakes, tiered cakes, sculpted cakes, or large orders, more notice is always best.

Know Your Serving Count

Before ordering, try to have an idea of how many people you need to serve. This helps us recommend the right cake size and style for your event.

Serving sizes can vary depending on how the cake is cut, so let us know whether you are planning for party-size slices, wedding-style slices, or a dessert table with other sweets.

Gather Your Design Inspiration

Photos are very helpful when planning a custom cake. You are welcome to share inspiration pictures, colors, themes, invitations, party décor, or examples of styles you like.

Please note that inspiration photos are used as a guide. Every cake is handmade, so we may create our own version that fits your cake size, budget, and bakery style.

Be Clear About Flavors and Fillings

Choosing your cake flavor, filling, and frosting is one of the best parts. If you are unsure what to choose, our team can help recommend popular combinations.

For weddings or larger events, we recommend scheduling a consultation or tasting when available.

Allergies or Dietary Needs

Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requests when placing your order. While we do our best to accommodate certain requests, our bakery does handle common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.

Have Your Event Details Ready

When placing your order, it helps to know:

  • Event date
  • Pickup or delivery preference
  • Time the cake is needed
  • Number of servings
  • Cake flavor and filling
  • Design theme or inspiration
  • Any writing needed on the cake
  • Contact name and phone number

The more details we have upfront, the easier it is to make sure your order is exactly what you need.

Transport Your Cake Carefully

Cakes should be transported on a flat surface, ideally the floorboard or cargo area of your vehicle. Please avoid placing cakes on seats, laps, or uneven surfaces.

Keep your vehicle cool and avoid leaving cakes in direct sunlight or heat. Buttercream and fillings can soften quickly in warm temperatures.

Finalize Changes Early

Changes to cake size, flavor, design, or pickup time should be made as soon as possible. Once your cake is in production, changes may be limited or unavailable.
